HOW TO JOIN CES LOCUMS


All our work seekers are subject to a face-to-face interview whereby the work seeker is identified and original documents are sighted in compliance with the code of practice of employment of healthcare professionals in the UK. The compliance of our work seekers (Agency Workers) is an ongoing procedure here at CES Locums. It is implemented prior to registration and at the start and during an assignment.

Original proof of registration with the GMC
A minimum of two referees within the specialty you intend to work in, sourced from your current or previous employer and the referee must be a consultant.
Two forms of identification (Passport, Driving license, ID Card, Birth Certificate)
Proof of current address (Utility bill, bank statement etc.)
Two recent passport size photos
CRB Disclosure must be done by CES Locums on an application form to be sent to you by post.
Occupational Health Clearance; please download the questionnaire and send it to us with all original requested reports:

Hepatitis B primary course
Hepatitis B booster/s
Hepatitis B antibody blood test
Hepatitis B Surface antigens (if working in EPP)
Hepatitis C (if working in EPP)
HIV dual screen (if working in EPP)
Varicella – serology report required
Rubella – serology report required
Measles – serology report required
Mumps – serology report required
Diphtheria
Polio
Tetanus
TB skin test e.g. Heaf test/Mantoux
BCG (protection against TB) – scar to be sited by an Occupational Health Professional.

Proof of right to work in the UK; British and European Citizens must provide their Passport, ID Card or Birth Certificate. For all others, in addition to the visa, we also need to see the home office letter that confirms the visa status

For Psychiatrist only, all approved doctors must provide proof of section 12 for England and Wales and section 20 for Scotland
