CES Locums operates a stringent process of vetting prior to registration and placement in compliance with the code of practice of employment of healthcare professionals in the UK. Please make sure to read and comply with the following conditions:

  • ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS MUST BE SEEN (ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS EITHER TO BE SEEN ON THE INTERVIEW OR TO BE SENT TO CESL BY RECORDED DELIVERY AND SENT BACK TO YOU BY THE SAME MEAN AFTER VERIFICATION)
  • INTERVIEW MAY BE CONDUCTED
  • ALL REQUESTED DOCUMENTS FOR EACH PROFESSION MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE TO CESL
  • CRB DISCLOSURE MUST BE DONE BY CESL FOR CES LOCUMS AS YOUR EMPLOYER ONCE EVRY 12 MONTHS
  • OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH REPORTS MUST BE FROM A UK LABORATORY
  • ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN ENGLISH

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

HOSPITAL DOCTORS      BBB

  • Up to date CV
  • Valid certificate of registration with the GMC
  • Valid proof of Specialist Registration with the GMC
  • Names of minimum two referees within the profession you intend to work in from your current or previous employer, the referee must be a consultant.
  • Two forms of identification (Passport, Driving license, ID Card, Birth Certificate)
  • Proof of current address (Utility bill, bank statement etc.)
  • Two recent passport size photos
  • CRB Disclosure must be done by CES Locums an application form to be sent to you by post.
  • Occupational Health Clearance report from a British Laboratory includes (Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, Mumps, Measles and HIV)
  • Proof of right to work in the UK; British and European Citizens must provide their Passport or ID Card or Birth Certificate, all others in addition to the visa we also need to see the home office letter that confirms the visa status.
  • Certificates of Basic and Postgraduate Qualifications and memberships
  • Proof of section 12 for England and Wales and section 20 for Scotland for approved doctors must be provided.
  • Proof of any training that have been taken

 

GENERAL PRACTITIONERS    CCC

  • Up to date CV
  • Valid certificate of registration with the GMC
  • Valid proof inclusion on the GMC GP Register
  • Names of minimum two referees within the profession you intend to work in from your current or previous employer, the referee must be a GP Partner, Trainer or a Colleague who you did work with.
  • Two forms of identification (Passport, Driving license, ID Card, Birth Certificate)
  • Proof of current address (Utility bill, bank statement etc.)
  • Two recent passport size photos
  • CRB Disclosure must be done by CES Locums an application form to be sent to you by post.
  • Occupational Health Clearance report from a British Laboratory includes (Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, Mumps, Measles and HIV)
  • Proof of right to work in the UK; British and European Citizens must provide their Passport or ID Card or Birth Certificate, all others in addition to the visa we also need to see the home office letter that confirms the visa status.
  • Certificate of valid indemnity insurance
  • UK Trained GPs; Certificate of completion of GP training in the UK.
  • None UK Trained GPs; Proof of exemption from GP training issued by the GMC
  • Proof of inclusion on a UK PCT Medical Performers List (England or/and Wales or/and Scotland) (if not available we can help)
  • Certificates of undertaken trainings
  • Certificates of basic, Postgraduate and Specialist Qualifications.

  • Valid certificate of registration with the RPSGB
  • Names of minimum two referees from your current or previous employer,

  • Certificates of undertaken trainings (Medicine Use Review-MUR, Collage of Pharmacy Practice Education-CPPE)
  • Certificates of basic, Postgraduate and Specialist Qualifications.
